Capital Wirral - Live

Capital Wirral is the local FM service of Capital North West & North Wales, serving the Wirral Peninsula with contemporary hit music and entertainment. It blends national/global shows from the Capital network with localized news, traffic updates and advertising tailored to the Wirral audience.

The station’s service to the area has its roots in earlier local stations such as MFM 97.1 (later Wirral’s Buzz, etc.), which were gradually consolidated under Global’s ownership before rebranding as Capital in 2014.
