Heart 80’s - Live

Heart 80s is a national digital radio station in the UK, dedicated to playing non-stop feel-good music from the 1980s. Owned and operated by Global as a spin-off from the Heart network, the station launched on 14 March 2017 and broadcasts from studios in Leicester Square, London. Heart 80s is available nationally on DAB+ Digital One, online, and via satellite (Astra 2G), ensuring listeners can tune in wherever they are.

The station primarily runs as an automated music service but features a dedicated live breakfast show hosted by Simon Beale, airing Monday to Friday from 6–10 am and Saturday from 8 am to noon. Since late 2024, Pat Sharp has served as a relief presenter, stepping in for Beale, who was previously covering for Roberto. Originally broadcasting in mono on DAB, Heart 80s upgraded to a DAB+ stereo service on 28 August 2019, making way for its sister station, Heart 90s, which launched the following day.
