Heart Berkshire began broadcasting in 1976 as Radio 210, serving Reading and the wider Berkshire area. Over the years, the station built a strong reputation for local programming, music, and news.

In March 2009, Radio 210 – by then part of the 2-Ten FM brand – was rebranded as Heart, joining Global Radio’s growing Heart Network. Today, Heart Berkshire continues to entertain listeners across the county with the biggest hits and feel-good favourites, alongside local news and travel updates.
